Kyle was absolutely fantastic to work with. I needed to have my brakes inspected and get an oil change on my Ford Edge. Despite them having a full schedule on the day I brought it in, he was able to slip my vehicle in for at minimum a brake inspection. After the inspection I got a detailed inspection report with pictures followed by a very detailed quote of things that needed to be fixed. While reading it Kyle called, went through everything on the list, answered all of my clarifying and inquisitive questions and then gave me honest recommendations about what I could wait on and what needed to be done ASAP. I never felt pressured during the conversation to accept work that could wait. It was important to me to find a local shop that was transparent, reasonably priced, and communicative and that's what Pro Auto Care is (for me).

Saved the day! Got into my car after work to find that one of my tires is completely flat. This location was close enough to me to get my car limped over to get looked at. Even though they were very close to end of business for the day, without second thought, they got me booked without a prior appointment and my car was being looked at almost immediately. They were able to patch my tire up quickly and i was on my way home just like that. This experience shows me that the employees care about the customer and aren't just there to try and sell you things you don't need. Very honest shop! Thank you to all of the employees that got me home quickly and safe!

Somehow, Kyle managed to tell me my car needed thousands of dollars in repairs without it sending me into a complete spiral, so If I ever receive catastrophic medical news, I want him on the delivery team. Seriously though, excellent communication, honest service, and great work so far. If you ever plan to break down while driving I’d highly recommend coasting into their parking lot (like I did lol) Thanks to their team, I will be back for future services!!

Loved the process start to finish. Got an estimate on my brakes, they sent me a detailed quote. Very detailed summary of my vehicle and the work that was needed. Honest about the things i needed and gave me suggestions and options. Work was done well and they did it fast. Was so impressed with them i added an oil change to my brake job. They also offer payment with affirm which was dope. Seriously check them out.

Matt is a wonderful, fastidious mechanic, and my car is purring like a kitten after a transmission oil and filter change. I originally made an appointment to get Freon recharged and decided to go ahead with the transmission work because I was taking a road trip and it had been on a to-do list for quite some time. I usually wait for my car, but both services would take a number of hours, so the wonderful staff gave me a ride home. I have entrusted Proauto for my car Maintenance for over 10 years. They are the best!!!! Thank you, Proauto JH
